- For neutral packaging products that are in stock, samples can usually be arranged within 7 days.
- For customized products, sample production typically takes within 15 days.
Q3. Are you the factory to provide OEM/ODM products?
A: Yes, we are professional manufacturers focused on high-quality camera development and production for more than 30 years. OEM ODM service available. We can arrange a visit to our factory.
Q4. What certificate do you have?
A: All products have passed CE/FCC/RoHS, and are applied for a design patent.
Q5. How long does production take?
A:Normally, production takes 35 days after receiving the deposit. For complex orders, the production lead time will be within 55 days.
Q6. How long is your warranty?
A: All products come with a 12-month warranty. Defective units can be returned for repair within 1 year.
